Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will not affect existing contracts unless mutually agreed upon.

Company Content: All content, materials, courses, methodologies, and intellectual property provided by TDSART STUDIO LLP remain our exclusive property. This includes but is not limited to:

User Content: You retain ownership of any original content you create. However, by using our services, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use your content for educational and promotional purposes.

Results Disclaimer: We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our training programs or marketing services, as success depends on various factors including individual effort and market conditions.

Termination by User: You may terminate your enrollment or service agreement by providing written notice as specified in your contract.

Termination by Company: We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Refunds Upon Termination: Refunds, if any, will be processed according to our Refund Policy and the terms of your specific service agreement.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Dispute Resolution: We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication. If direct resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration as mutually agreed.
